Major U.S. Defense Contractor Pushes White Employees To Confront Their ‘Privilege’

Newly leaked documents show the second-largest defense contractor in America launched a Critical Race Theory (CRT) program last summer in which white employees are encouraged to confront their “privilege,” reject the principle of “equality,” and “defund the police.”
Activist Christopher Rufo published internal documents from Raytheon Tuesday that give an inside look into the company’s CRT programs.
Raytheon CEO Greg Hayes launched the “Stronger Together” campaign, instructing employees on “becoming an anti-racist today,” asked all employees to sign a “corporate diversity” pledge and check their biases, according to the leaked documents.
The program embraces the concept of “intersectionality,” encouraging white employees to “identify their privilege” and “step aside” for minority voices that are “more important than your own,” documents show.

    • Agree! And the blacks need to confront their black privilege! They are handed Welfare and Food Stamps and everything else on a silver platter! In 2017 I had a stroke and couldn’t work for a while. I needed Foodstamps, do you think I got them? Absolutely not! I have worked and paid taxes all my life! But that didn’t matter! I had to rely on charities and missions for groceries!

        • Exactly! And those in the Foodstamp office had on $200.00 shoes, designer clothes, and expensive SUV’S in the parking lot! Totally unacceptable and ricidulous! But they were getting Welfare .& Foodstamps!

  4. Lets see my “white privilege” allowed me to be born to a schizophrenic abusive mother where I
    was also abandoned by my father. Moved so many times in school that I have no real “classmates” to attend reunions with. Raised in poverty and welfare where I was marginalized because of my blindness so getting lousy grades for 9 years because I was so privileged to have no disability accommodations made for me. Most of my adult working life was minimum wage jobs so my income begat me no security of owning a home.
    Despite all of that I returned to school got a degree and started my own business till my vision ended my driving privileges. Where I now live on less that 20k a year.
    This all being said I made my life not my skin color. Any one who uses the excuse their skin color dictates their value is a fool and in need of serious counseling. You make your life what it is. You either climb out of the hole and become your potential or you wallow in self pity and become a victim. It is ALWAYS YOUR choice.

  5. Also, there are other defense contractors to work for that are much better, like Boeing, or Honeywell to name a few. I would take my services there if I were providing engineering services to a US company, not to some Bolshevik BS designer.

Someone explain to me exactly what “white privilege” is because as a white person I was never handed anything for free nor never asked,I have worked for everything I have and worked hard for it and everyone had the same opportunity I did,in my work there were people of every race who also were willing to work hard for a better life for themselves and thier families,the problem is the ones who claim its for only the white privileged want everything handed to them and don’t want to do anything for it
