Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg on Sunday was confronted about his husband’s tweet mocking Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh for being chased out of a DC restaurant by rabid leftists.
Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanagh, who was targeted by an assassin last month, was forced by a pro-abortion protest mob to leave by the back door of the Washington, D.C. Morton’s restaurant last week according to reports.
The leftist group Shutdown DC boasted about the mob action Wednesday night, “We hear Kavanaugh snuck out the back with his security detail. @mortons should be ashamed for welcoming a man who so clearly hates women.”

Fox news anchor Mike Emanuel confronted Buttigieg about his husband’s tweet.
“Is that appropriate, sir?” Emanuel queried.
Pete Buttigieg had no problem with Chasten Buttigieg’s tweet.
“Any public figure should be free from violence, intimidation and harassment, but should never be free from criticism or people exercising their First Amendment right,” Buttigieg said.
