The Garment District is Gotham’s newest shooting gallery, a disturbing heroin hotspot of addicts booting up in broad daylight.

So NY is now in competition with CA to see which state is the biggest sh*thole, but we do know that both states are democrat run and controlled.

Another Democrat success story, with another Democrat to probably take over soon. The more intelligent have long since left NYC leaving the criminals, crack addicts, illegals, welfare, and those too stupid and/or lazy to leave. Looks like a permanent democrat base to me.
