The bill will make elections open to all and allow Democrats to manufacture and stuff ballot boxes. It is a dream for Democrats who know they must cheat to win elections.

Senate Republicans voted in unity Wednesday to block the advancement of a package of sweeping election legislation pushed by Democrats in a tense showdown over national voting rights.
The vote on the Freedom to Vote Act and John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act was 49-51. The vote broke evenly along party lines, but Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer switched his vote to “no” in the end for procedural reasons. It fell short of the 60 votes required to defeat a filibuster under Senate rules.
Senate Democratic leaders now turn to a planned effort to change the rules, impose a “talking filibuster” and ultimately pass the legislation without Republicans once debate ends.
The vote is set to be followed by an attempt by Senate Democratic leaders to change that 60-vote rule, impose a “talking filibuster” and ultimately pass the legislation without Republicans once debate ends.
That effort, which is expected later Wednesday night and would require only 50 votes, is also expected to fail.

The way I understand this bill is not about voting rights. Every legal citizen who is registered to vote has the right to vote for whomever they choose. It is about allowing illegals to vote which is unconstitutional. It is about the Democrats keeping control of House and Senate. Other words, your vote counts if it is for the Democrats. We don’t need this bill to pass, and we need to keep the filibuster in place

I have read every law and bill in the states regarding new voting requirements, and none of them mention race at all, nor do they offer any obvious curtailing of voting rights for anyone willing to present a valid ID. I have die-hard Democrat friends claiming otherwise, but none of them have shown me just where in these documents the unfairness lies. The best way to handle this would be a bit chaotic at first, but would eventually result in honest politicians and media reporters. We should prohibit all social sites from banning any posts that don’t violate existing laws against pornography or socially unacceptable language, and then move slander and libel from the civil courts to the criminal. This would not only allow poorer people to demand justice from those defaming them without having to hire a lawyer first, but also add jail time to the possible punishments. That should catch the attention of reporters and politicians who are known to tell lies about other politicians.
First, we have to remove the protections of these social media giants that they now have and put them in the same category as ‘news media’ and make them accountable! For all the rest you are spot on!!!
I have no problem with that, as long as the social media sites are never charged with libel or slander for posting what someone else created. I’m a firm believer in not killing the messenger. Definitely hold them accountable for any content they create, however.

Explain what you mean by socially unacceptable language, if you would please. According to most people who object to “unacceptable language”, the language that they find unacceptable is anything that either disagrees with the point they are trying to make, or language that shows the absurdity of their position. Also, many on the left seem to believe that some words should be reserved for only certain people to be allowed to say. The problem with declaring any words as unacceptable is that you limit the freedom of speech, which is a violation of the 1st amendment of our Constitution. In fact, limiting speech is one of the primary goals of the political left. Not only do the political left attempt to limit free speech, they have gone out of their way to change the meaning of words in order to redefine what free speech is. So be very careful in what you define as “unacceptable language”. Some of our most memorable speakers used language, that the time, was considered unacceptable, in order to make their point more poignant, and thus, more effective.
