On Monday, a progressive candidate and former ally of far-left Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) ripped the Congresswoman for abandoning her values.
Paula Jean Swearengin, who ran in two races in West Virginia, blasted AOC for, as she described, taking the small dollar donations from well-meaning progressives and handing them over to “corporate candidates” rather than real progressives.
"AOC took grassroots money with her grassroots pack and gave it to corporate candidates. People that did give up their lunch money–that did work hard for her…she turned it around and gave it to people she's supposed to fight against."

Swearengin made the accusation on a podcast with former Bernie Sanders press secretary Briahna Joy Gray:
“AOC, you know, she took grassroots money with her grassroots PAC and gave it to corporate candidates. People that did give up their lunch money, people that did work hard for her, people that did take their bill money and give it to her. And you know she turned around and gave it to people that she’s supposed to fight against.”
Swearengin also says that, “I think that the progressive label has been co-opted by a lot of these corporate candidates.”
AOC started the “Courage To Change” PAC in 2020 ostensibly to help elect far-left candidates.

AOC has had her share of unflattering news lately.
Earlier this year she was ripped by former Alaska Gov. and Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin. During an appearance on ‘Fox News Primetime,’ host Rachel Campos-Duffy asked about Palin calling AOC and Vice President Kamala Harris ‘fake feminists.’ Both Ocasio-Cortez and Harris have attributed criticism of themselves in the media to sexism.
Palin explained her comments,
“These fake feminists who bring the women’s movement back so far by channeling everything right on back to, ‘Oh, it’s our gender. Doggone it, people don’t like us because we’re female.”
As a rule, self-unawareness seems to be a fault of Democrat politicians. AOC is no exception and continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. She recently was seen having escaped the rigid COVID restrictions and mask mandates of her home state of New York, and vacationing in the free state of Florida.
After being criticized for her hypocrisy, she tweeted out a bizarre message about Republicans’ sexual frustrations and wanting to “date” her.

To make matters worse, pictures surfaced showing a maskless AOC partying at a Miami drag bar, hugging and kissing several other party-goers in the crowded bar.
She later tested positive for COVID.
