Quite a few Republican Senators showed up today at a press conference to oppose the Democrat election bill (S1), which amounts to a federal takeover of state and local elections. During the press conference, a Democrat propaganda reporter as a ridiculous question, wondering why so many Republicans showed up today to oppose the bill that is very popular with the American people.
Here’s her question:
This was…at the outset a real show of force against this bill. Is it because you’re worried about Manchin’s movement and the messaging on this? When you ask Americans do they support these measures – getting money out of politics; preventing foreign interference in elections – the bill itself is popular.
The question was asked of Roy Blunt, but after he finished Ted Cruz took a swing at her question and completely shattered her false narrative:
I don’t want to quote the whole thing, but here’s part of what Cruz said:
You talked about how this was a show of force. One of the reasons is that the press coverage so far of this bill has been virtually nonexistent. And you’re right, if you do polling on ‘do you support protecting the right to vote’, I’m amazed that’s not 100%. Protecting the right to vote is a wonderful thing. If you also do polling on the ‘fuzzy kittens and puppy law’, that has really good support in the polls too.
If you actually ask people about what is in this bill, it is incredibly unpopular. Democrats don’t want to talk about voter ID because 70-80% of Americans support it. A majority of Democrats support it. A majority of African Americans support it. They don’t want to talk about that. Democrats don’t want to talk about getting rid of the ballot harvesting laws because people recognize that invites corruption.
And I will say in terms of press coverage, I saw a recent analysis that the corporate media has covered the Georgia and Texas laws and the allegations that they’re voter suppression laws – which is complete nonsense – more than ten times as much as the corporate media has covered this brazen national power grab from the Democrats. I get it doesn’t fit an attractive political narrative for what many in the media want.
This is a power grab and I think the press have an obligation to cover it fairly and tell the American people what is in this bill.
Ted Cruz was way too nice to the press in this room. But he’s absolutely right that they aren’t covering the bill fairly. The question that this reporter asked points exactly to that, suggesting that the bill is just about “getting money out of politics” and “preventing foreign interference in elections” and that polling on the bill is wonderful. Cruz deftly refuted that nonsense and I’m glad he did.
There’s much more in the video so be sure and watch it.

Cruz stand up for truth! Democrats stand for SLAVERY!
Sadly, the media is covering up for the Democrats again on the issue of voting integrity, ie VOTER ID .
Don’t trust any new outlets. Paid off by China and the world elites.. There is no true journalists anymore. A bunch of liars getting paid to lie. They don’t listen or read about the voting bills or laws. Really uneducated. They need to start hammering joe Biden and Harris! Stop with the soft ball questions. Grow a set. Ask Joe Biden why he hates America. Ask Joe Biden who his handlers are. Ask joe Biden why he is afraid of Putin and China. Ask if Obama is giving him orders. Ask joe Biden does he think he is a king. Too hard for these reporters. They might cry if they had to really do their jobs.
I believe in what Ted Cruz expressed, but I’m just reading a lot of bluster with no action.
This biggest single problem the S1 bill fails to adequately address is the validation of a vote. While the states of Texas and Georgia took the proper steps to require proper identification, without singling out any race or group for mistreatment, the S1 bill seeks to undermine that verification process. I suspect I am one of very few Americans who have actually read all of these bills in their entirety, and it appears that the states have the better ideas when it comes to reducing voter fraud. Under S1, states may not be permitted to require positive identification when voting by mail, or limit ballot harvesting, unless the harvester is getting paid. It also requires that states accept a written statement alone from a voter that they are eligible, but cannot demand any form of identification to accompany that statement. All of these requirements increase the chances of fraud, though many in Congress claim they do not. I wonder if those Congresspeople even read the law.
DO NOT LET THE DEM. PARTY STEAL OUR VOTING RIGHTS.
This is very important and how Democrats are using Twitter to fool the public and manipulate people. Do ya ever look at Twitter when you tweet, and it says “promote this tweet”? ANYONE can start an ad campaign on Twitter if they pay for it. You can have ads and tweets BE SCHEDULED to pop up at a certain time, all day long. You can make these tweets and ads look however you want and can even make them look like they come from a person. You can bet Democrats paid for a lot of these kind of “ad campaigns” on Twitter, to look like tweets from real people when they aren’t. They are just thousands of scheduled tweets to make people think 81 million people voted for Joe Biden and they didn’t. It’s just ads/bots/campaigns scheduled to pop up all day long to trick you. They need to make you think 81 million voted for Joe to match all the fake ballots into the election. Those voters/people DON’T EXIST!. EVERYBODY KNOWS THERE IS NO WAY JOE BIDEN GOT 81 MILLION VOTES, MORE THAN HILLARY OR OBAMA. THERE WERE TO MANY REASONS NOT TO VOTE FOR JOE, AND THE BIGGEST WAS HIS POSSIBLE AGE-RELATED DEMENTIA. NO WAY AMERICAN PEOPLE WOULD PUT A PERSON WITH POSSIBLE DEMENTIA INTO OFFICE!
