President Trump on Thursday released a new statement on the ‘deleted database’ and voting irregularities uncovered in the Maricopa election audit.
Wednesday afternoon, it was discovered that “the entire database” for the 2020 General election in Maricopa, showing the “Results Tally and Reporting,” has been deleted!
Maricopa County Supervisor Chairman Jack Sellers received a letter from Arizona Senate President Karen Fann demanding answers:
“We have recently discovered that the entire “Database” directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted. This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, “Results Tally and Reporting,” is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed. Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?” the letter stated.
President Trump released a statement on the irregularities uncovered and said the 2020 election was a “corrupt, third world election.”

Were there any rules or laws in place that prohibited the deletion of this data? In a normal election, once it’s over and verified, is this information normally kept, or is it removed so that the computers can go on to do different things? In any well-run system, backups are made often, but can also be deleted when no longer needed, in order to make room for other backups. If it is common practice to free up storage space after an election is done, and there was no court order requiring this data be kept, then this move should have been expected. Of course, if this deletion process is normally done, then someone should have been notified as soon as the subpoena was issued that the data was no longer available, and provided the legal record of the deletion.
Arizona law states ALL information about elections MUST be kept for 24 months.
Then somebody broke state law and needs to be held accountable. They should be given a 24 hr window to come up with the deleted files or be taken straight to jail.
Unfortunately, we need someone that has a backbone. Conservatives with a spine are extremely rare. If they exist at all.

Election results and audit trails must be maintained until a Court of competent jurisdiction allows their destruction – after all statute of limits are exhausted and the results are certified by the same Court! If these documents were destroyed the election is invalid and must be rerun under court supervision and those who allowed the destruction of these records need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and serve decades in prison!
I would like to see a new election with better controls over EVERY aspect with neutral auditors watching very carefully every step of the way.
